Most Important Meal Of The Day

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Breakfast provides you with the energy and nutrients your need for the day ahead. It helps your concentration and helps you maintain a healthy body weight. 

Well just like breakfast, God’s word does the same for our soul. When we wake up to God’s word we get filled with the nutrition our soul needs to maintain the energy and strength for the day. It helps us stay focused on God throughout our day as we come across difficult or unsure situations. 

So wake up every morning not only feeding your body, but your spirit and mind as well. 

He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord .
